Promises are hard to keep...
And sometimes, We contradict ourselves, Right?
Its a confusing world.

I felt really satisfied after a jog today.
It was my longest jog around my neighbourhood so far.
I went from hougang to yiochukang, and back to hougang, again.
I shall try another new route or go even further the next jog.

Along the way, I have realised something important.
Running the fastest, doesn't really matter
Running the furtherest doesn't really matter
Running the first, doesn't really matter
Medals, doesn't really matter.
Although at that moment, you might feel satisfied at that particular feat you've succeeded in
After months of displaying on the shelf, collecting dust, the feeling with that medal just gets detached, in some sense.
Doing the right thing, and spending time with the people you consider of importance to your life would be more important.

I suddenly regret past actions when I used to "dump" my sister and just go ahead with my "pace" and just accelerate, without waiting. Now, I learn to wait. To be patient, and To be there listening. back to the top?
