Kayaking experience was definitely a positive.Despite getting a sunburn on my scalp D: Despite getting the "glove mark" on my lower arms, and "stocking" on the thighs. It was an adventure, a fun-filled experience with my classmates, as we openly race other groups to see who is fastest to end, and to chope the toilet cubicles. HA HA! We're called (Ailin, Huiling, Erina, Samantha, Marie, Nisha, Krittika, Geraldine, Jasmine and ME) - the Awesome group :) I like being Rescuer, because u get to put yourself in the "give-clear-instructions-and-be-quick" minset. On the other hand, I disliked being the victim, that has to capsize the kayak and then get on the kayak again after the Tx rescue procedure. I got my 1-star cert :). But I highly doubt that I would continue with the 2 stars and so on.. because kayaking is not my passion. I think I can row considerably well and control the kayak, but I doubt even if in future I am bored with nothing to do I wouldnt go to the beach just to rent a kayak. (its heavy, and troublesome! :X) haha! but it was a great experience, not to be missed. :) Tomorrow, I would be going to watch Kaleidoscope :) With my Xinmin friends, I miss them so much! It feels great to meet them again :D and to watch your best friends perform on stage. I feel like getting some presents for them... but looking at my timetable, I think I don't have the time. I'll still be the same old me. :) Oh and something funny today. I went to the Japanese stall to buy some food, and then started a conversation with the Aunty about PE, the Sugarcane Prawn Stick and random Japanese food. (LOL) then the auntie looked at me and said: A: "Eh, so are u JH1, or JH2?" W: "Huh! *give the look : O_O* I'm not JH2 lah! I am JH4 already!" A: "gives the suprised face : O.o O.o O.o!!! really!? ", "haha, why you look so cute one. " W: "huh.. I cute.. hahas... *embarassed and smiles politely* " One BURNING question: How am I unlike a sixteen year old??? (apart from my height, that cannot be changed :) ) Yours Truly, Wenying back to the top? |
