Lately, I realised that I am engaging myself in no-life activity, like "baking life!" Oh my god, why am I playing this??? Have I run out of ideas? It is seriously lame, requires no motor skills, or even thinking. But, anyway I shall play it until I make myself revert to Geo Challenge. (At least I get to know more about continents and flags.) =). Next, I think (some) guys are stupid.

Today, we visited the Nursing Home. We were introduced to Gillian, she's really nice, warm and friendly, and even offered us to sweets! Initially, I was expecting some old grumpy nurse who is so busy with her schedules to attend to us properly. But anyway, I'm happy with the way things went. I managed to ask her questions too. Yes, We'll be visiting the Home again, soon.

It was somewhat ironic when I saw the exterior of the Home and as I went inside, the patients.
You know that somehow, somewhat, they are being taken care of... care givers. But, you feel that something is lacking. Maybe they are not taken care of well enough. Maybe they need some form of entertainment. Because if there was an analogy to describe, I think its like a calm beach, with many huge, old rocks, caked with a layer of algae on the surface, just sitting stationary on the coast. Sitting stationary, enjoying the beauty of the sea; Or, sitting stationary because they haven't got a choice. But you could see the blank countenance on the many geriatric patient's face. The environment, sort of serene (or quiet is another suggestion), but seems as though something is missing. Something that we may take for granted in our daily lifes, something that wasn't exactly present. I think that important something is called family warmth, or love for short.
