Due to the occasional wet weather, plans to exercise and lose weight have always foiled this October.

Note to self: In order to keep Fit and Young (HAHA, I have to use Young)
1) Exercise 3 times per week
2) Drink at least 2l of water daily
3) Reduce intake of fried food (Oops, I think I have eaten almost 10 chick wings this month) back to the top?
