People can get addicted to being busy.

Oh dear, I think my goal for next year is to save time for myself.
To get to catch up with my hobbies and spend time worth my while.

I get to see that being busy is bad.
Because cancelling all the days I have to make time for "commitments" makes me feel a tinge of sadness.

Perhaps a nicer way to phrase it would be: to sacrifice. Sacrifice a little time here a little time there to complete the things i've half completed, and accomplish it.

Thereafter, I shall start limiting myself.

Being addicted to being busy is no good.
