Eating broccoli as I'm typing this. Write it down somewhere, so you can remember. Its gone; once memory doesn't permit, you can't get it back anymore. Let be value reduce to dust. Losing memory has a price to pay, a price you don't know how to pay. I think my grandparents (Gong Gong, Ma Ma) are super adorable :D I've been calling them like that for my maternal side since I was a baby. So, its not Ah-Gong nor Ah-Ma. mom's side. Let me tell you what happened. Gong Gong was just watching television, and my Ma Ma was just being her usual self, and bored of the Taiwanese drama. I finished eating dinner and peered through the kitchen door to see what the both of them were doing. Gong Gong was moving his mouth, as though chewing on something. Ma Ma: (in dialect) WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! HAHAHA. I THINK YOU ARE LIKE A MONKEY! Gong Gong: *Pissed look*, shakes head in denial. What monkey! Ma Ma: HAHA, yeah lor, just like a monkey right! you! Gong Gong: I'm just watching the television and you suddenly call me a monkey! Haiiii! Don't want to talk to you. Ma Ma: laughs. I went to wash my utensils, and when I came out Ma Ma: Baby! boon ying your Gong Gong is like a baby right! hahahaa Me: HAHAHA. Gong Gong: shakes head and concentrates on watching television with the fan in front of him. I think my Ma Ma is just being bored and distracted. They bicker almost about everything. Quite lame sometime, but it pisses each other off, but its rather cute to see them communicate like that. :) I love my grandparents a lot. Then my grandfather told me they received a fine from the National Environment Agency recently. Its not a small fine, its $200. What is it for? Dengue mosquito larvae. How many? 2. Each for $100. my grandfather told me initially, the NEA was just checking on the pots outside of the house. Everything was ok and they were about to leave. Then when my Ma Ma saw them leaving, she invited them into the house and offered them drinks too. (LOL) And told them to check the house thoroughly. So, they did and eventually as they were washing plants, 2 baby larvae that seem to hatch not long ago was found. And they received a fine! T_T. I feel so annoyed that she invited them inside and they didn't give them a chance.. Moreover, they're both not working anymore. So much for inviting them inside dear granny~ ---- Visited the KTM railway with my family last evening. Just in time before it officially closes on 1 July. I wish I had to time to sit on the train. The railway station looked as though we are IN MALAYSIA. Ok, its old, hot, rundown, slightly beautiful on the outside, has historical value in it. But I realized that I'm rather detached to this place, like its not Singapore, its not somewhere I want to visit if not for its shutting down. Same sentiments as mum too. Took pictures and left. :) What's most memorable? The railway eateries. -------- :( Wenying, when things go unplanned, you have to think flexibly. Plans don't work all the time. And it sucks to be off-schedule now. I think I should stop following Moods. Sleep, and tomorrow has got to be a better day
