Whoa I got my first hands on at making the gel. I thought it required some skill. But its quite easy.

Just measure 0.5 grams of some agarose powder or some sort, put in TAE buffer, shake, put it in microwave, pour into the gel mould. TADA. really like making jelly.

Then our instructor, wanting to release the guilt feelings kept inside her, told us "actually the taq polymerase you guys are using is a fake one. its made up of glycerol and water. But, just pretend that it is real taq polymerase, cos its too expensive and I don't want to feel bad about making you guys use fake ones. But anyway............"

Oh, and hari was really funny in the way he told liyang about the whole PCR thing. liyang, is my junior. and hari is my classmate. He seems like some lecturer, if i put it nicely. Or if not, like a grandfather with so much to say. haha! and because he said so much, and liyang is still confused makes it even laughable. :) anyway, its just them, but they're nice friends to be around with.

Oh and jiaying will still be groupmates with me for EOS :) yippee. but she has to 'drop' KSA, since it could be too much to cope for her. ><.

for GP. we had "do women share equal rights with men" Do you agree?

for geography. we got to watch national geographic videos. :) see, that's why geography is cool! you watch videos, see pictures in your text books and know so much about nature and its phenomena taking place. COOL RIGHT :)

Wonders if I can go to TJC tomorrow for the geography seminar. Maybe chris newhall would be my new inspiration? HAHA.
