Friday, April 8, 2011 @ 8:44 PMDream sleep
Sleep.Sleep is a very fundamental human need. And an average human spends approximately 6~8 hours of sleep daily. (I spend 5 .. ): ). Most of us spend one third of our lives sleeping, yet we often take it for granted. Dream Sleep is necessary for the body to rest, and for the brain to be rejuvenated (energized). This occurs 20-30% of the entire time we take during rest, where the brain is active and the body is paralyzed. It is widely recognised that dream sleep aids in energizing the body, enhancing memory and trains the mind to be on the qui vive. Thus, dreaming in sleep is of importance to the human mind and body. "this prevents us from working out our dreams, but works against one with narrowed airway >>> Search: Sleep Apnoea." Whoa, Sleep Apnoea is like some tissue blocking the upper airway tract and disturbs the flow of air through the nose and the windpipe. I think it works like a drain, so the think and soft fat palate are clogging the inflow of air. This results in breathing difficulty, swelling nose and more negative pressure is required in inhalation. Some people actually stop breathing for some twenty to thirty seconds interval :O ! These effects are in fact much noticeable during sleep since the muscles become flaccid and relaxed. ---------------------------------------- I think dreams are good. I haven't been having dreams until this afternoon when I came home for a nap. Dreams and dreams are really important... I don't know why my dream is really weird. I think I was running through the streets of Bangkok, and intercepted so many seafood restaurants or was it aquarium? I saw many HUGE MONSTER crabs in tanks. Then part two was about sitting around a pretty crowded the table in the corner then some guy sat next to me and we started to talk. He seems quite interesting. ---------------------------------------- Sudden thought: I THINK some ACS(I) guys (or shooters like EG, EL and A) are very cute! Hahaha. I wonder if they have anything else other than talent for shooting. :) But speaking the truth, I've never tried to approach or talk to them. haha, maybe thats why I'm shy XD ---------------------------------------- The past few days were rather enriching. Played with zebrafish embryos. :) |
