Today the word "知足" was stuck in my mind.

You got to remind yourself to be contented and fine with everything that is going on sometimes.

Sometimes, holding onto great expectations make you feel very disappointed when they don't meet with reality, then your confidence is shattered. Sometimes, not bearing great expectations make you feel unaccomplished and hopeless. So, holding some expectations, but expecting that failure could be a possibility is what I guess the best thing.

知足: reminds you that you should be satisfied since you even managed to give a shot at it.

Getting a distinction doesn't make you any much more happier. But how about getting participation?

As for my team - what should be the priority?
Do people really care (in the very end) that winning is not everything. Or that you won some medals but there was not much intrinsic meaning to it?

You can't say no one judge. because that would be akin to a lie. back to the top?
