I feel the urge to blog this moment :).

I feel really happy about the things that happen around me.
Its not very special, but they are what makes simple life pleasureable.

Today we celebrated my sisters' birthday together as a family at home. My sister, trying to be unconventional, wanted yu sheng for her birthday. And because today so happened to be the 15th day of the Chinese New Year, we also ate glutinous rice balls sesame, peanut. I gave her a collage made specially for her, and my sister liked it. Because of that I felt very appreciated for my efforts and that I love her very much.

Being a person that would never spend so much time on something that I feel its not worth doing, u can see how much I love my sister! I did this for 2 days.

Then I watched Happy Feet at night. Laughed a lot and even frightened my sister and mum while having dinner! They got shocked because I got shocked when I saw the angry seal chasing after the 'Happy Feet Penguin', and I screamed and u know the dramatic stuff.. hahaha

Enjoyed mum's cooking, even though there was no rice for dinner today. We had seacucumber, pumpkin and ABC soup. Its really delicious, and even more delicious after eating food from the boarding school everyday.

Then, I managed to complete my geography essay, and IH project which has been bugging me over the weekends. The IH project is bugging me because I felt that nobody was taking the initiative to start Anything, despite me having contributing ideas during the school week. And finally, the Amazing Anh initiated on how we should go about the project. I was so excited as I told me sister Anh messaged me! lalala.

Then, mum and I left the house when the clock was ticking to 9pm. I had to reach the boarding school best by 9.30. It was kind of late, and I got a little frustrated and panicky. But as the taxi came, I felt a gush of happiness drowning my irritatedness, because I was greeted by a very happy taxi driver! This comes to show how a smile or cheerfulness can actually make one's day start or end well. His laugh was cartoonish and its really cute. This taxi driver is a man of 40s, chubby and I believe he has kids too. He doesn't speak good english, but it was nice just to listen to him talk. He drove me the wrong way to school, towards sixth avenue, but U-turned back towards my school. I wasn't annoyed by it, in fact I felt that actually its ok to make mistakes occasionally and we should learn to take things lightly and forgive a person's carelessness.

I came back to my room and happily mopped the floor. Its spick and span right now.
I love it.
