Today I feel really happy :)

First Reason: I am going out with Mummy to Bugis and Orchard. I want to shop for a new spectacles, and Mummy even took a half day leave for me! Good or not

Second Reason: I made my sister laugh after annoying her with The Sweet Escape by Gwen Stefani. I wanted to sing it. She wanted me to stop it. So.. I went into the room and sang loudly. She tried to find me, but she couldn't.. Because I was lying flat on the mattress I laid on the floor ! haha Be in stitches. I made her laugh :) I like to see my sister smiling.

Third Reason: I can eat some Peeking Quacks (Peking Ducks) today, with my maternal Grandparents. Haha, I was talking to Samantha about how we both loved Peking Ducks.. She tried the Authentic one in BEIJING somemore. I'm so jealous. I wonder if my grandfather would bring along his cosmopolitian sunglasses! My paternal Grandfather don't want to go. I somewhat see the grim look on his face, and his hand trying to brush off a tear. Is he being sensitive again? I wonder if my uncles and aunties really celebrated their birthdays with him when they were younger.


About Birthdays...
I prefer not to tell the whole world about this special day for me. (Even though I told my sister that I would tell my younger cousins that "MY BIRTHDAY IS COMING!" and I might expect a present from my little cousins. They told me about their Birthdays.. a yearly affair, and I have to get some presents for my little cousins. ) Because then, I would know who were the ones who really remembered it. Those would be the people that I should really really really treasure.

I feel really guilty for those whom I have missed. I really really have a bad memory. :(
I wish I could just say Happy Birthday to you a few months in advance but this just lacks sincerity. Truthfully speaking, I really forget about my birthday a couple of time until I was Reminded of it. Because I treat it like any other normal day. Just that this day has a Name given to it.
